1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using M3UPlayer.app, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. These terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. What the service is

This is a media player and a set of playlist utilities that run in your web browser. You supply a playlist (a file from your device, or a URL you paste) and the player connects directly from that source to your browser.

  • We host no video content and serve no streams from our systems.
  • We provide no channels. We serve one short demo playlist of public test streams so the player can be tried; every other playlist is one you supply.
  • Stream data does not pass through our servers. There is no proxy or relay.
  • We do not index, search for, or recommend streams.

Playlists you load are stored only in your own browser. There are no user accounts and we keep no server-side copy of your playlists.

3. Acceptable use

You are solely responsible for the material you access with this service, and for having the right to access it. You agree not to:

  • Use the service to access, copy, or redistribute material you are not authorised to access, including copyrighted broadcasts and streams.
  • Use the service to circumvent geographic, subscription, or technical access controls.
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
  • Represent the service as a source of channels or content, which it is not.

4. Copyright

We respect copyright and expect our users to do the same. Because there are no accounts and users cannot submit anything to our pages, there is no account for us to suspend and no user-submitted material for us to remove. We do remove infringing material from the pages we publish ourselves when we are notified of it. To report material you believe infringes your copyright, or to send a counter-notice, follow the procedure in our Copyright & Takedown Policy.

5. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular stream will play. Playback depends on the source you supply and on that source permitting browser playback; many do not.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, or for the content of any third-party stream you choose to open. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Changes to the service and these terms

We may modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these terms; the date below records when they last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
